Missions

Objectives of the position

Attached to the manager of the Deconstruction, Asbestos Removal, Lead, and Circular Economy activity for the Ile de France, Centre Val de Loire, and Normandy regions, you will join the asbestos lead deconstruction and circular economy activity under the management of a director or project manager.

Your missions will consist of:

  • Producing technical studies both in the design phase and in the execution of works;
  • Technical analyses of pre-work diagnostics;
  • Carrying out PEMD diagnostics and defining circular economy strategies within a deconstruction project;
  • Defining technical specifications and following works with asbestos (SS3 and SS4) and in lead conditions (specialized lead company or company on a specific trade working in lead conditions);
  • Participating in technical and financial analyses of company offers with a view to establishing a market for works;
  • Coordinating the different stakeholders on a work site (different trades, diagnosticians, analysis laboratories), monitoring the progress of work, participating in progress meetings and pilotage of the site, and ensuring the deadlines of work schedules;
  • Identifying technical and safety risks on site and reporting them.

You will also have secondary missions:

  • Possible intervention on projects with a soil depollution aspect
  • Organizing and managing disconnection network works
  • Carrying out a project with a circular economy aspect outside a deconstruction project
  • Being attentive to the needs of the client and knowing how to convey them to the project director.

The position is based in either Isneauville (76) or Olivet (near Orléans - 45)

The position to be filled as soon as possible with an indefinite contract and various associated benefits (Social and Economic Committee, health insurance, RTT, restaurant vouchers, etc.).

Profile

Skills and qualities:

  • Available, flexible, mobile, and autonomous;
  • You have a good capacity for organization and synthesis;
  • You have a taste for teamwork as well as writing and relationship skills with various actors on sites;
  • Skills in the field of asbestos and lead are appreciated, particularly professional training in asbestos SS3 or SS4.

Education - Experience:

With a bachelor's degree + 5 in the field of environment and/or civil engineering, you have at least 2 years of experience in asbestos removal and/or lead removal companies or in construction and demolition and asbestos removal.
