Your future environment
Within the Infrastructure branch of Eiffage, the Operational Direction of Technical and Performance Resources (DOPTR) is at the service of Eiffage Génie Civil and its operational directions.
This direction is the result of the regrouping of engineering composed of the offices of studies, experts and technical directions, of the departments:
Management System and Organizational Performance, Sustainability and Environmental Performance, Innovation, Representation and Expertise, Materials and Purchases.
Your main missions
The Methods Manager proposes to the company solutions and technical, human and financial means allowing to make the estimates more reliable and to optimize the sites. It coordinates the activity of its team during the responses to calls for tenders and during the execution of the works by ensuring the application of the QPSE policies.
In the work process defined by the Methods, the methods manager is in charge of the organization, the planning of the internal and external team. It is able to produce all types of deliverables that can be verified by other methods managers or by its hierarchical manager.
It is responsible for the quality of the technical files submitted in calls for tenders and the sites attached to its sector or outside its preferred sector. By its function, it is a party to the works activity that it accompanies. It is the local representative of the Methods.
Administration:
Supervise the good organization of the work files
Promote the value of the work produced by its collaborators
Ensure the completion of the general planning
Verify the completeness of the point of its teams
Piloting:
Coordinate its teams
Plan the necessary technical and human resources
Establish and follow the objectives inherent to the affairs it is in charge of.
Production:
Participate in the launch meetings of the affairs
Ensure the production of all deliverables in compliance with regulatory, technical constraints and defined methods standards
Control its deliverables and those of its collaborators
Perform field trips to plan and organize the studied affairs
Accompany its collaborators on the field to develop more efficiently technical solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
Ensure and share the solutions to be brought to the non-conformities encountered;
Program the feedback of the affairs
Animate the technical and technological watch within its team
Ensure the realization of the methods REX.
What we are looking for
You are from an engineering civil training
You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in method studies with first experience in management
You have the sense of listening and relationship, you are a force of proposal and have the sense of service and customer relationship
You have knowledge of multi-trades sites
You know how to implement the technical specificities of the activity by knowing and respecting the processes, standards and regulations of the trade
