Job DescriptionIn the context of our new projects, we are looking for a Railway Signaling Engineer. Position based in Vélizy le bois (78)
WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER
Within the Engineering department, we develop control/command systems in the field of rail transport.
You will take part in the definition and design of signaling logic to meet client requirements in the context of deploying railway signaling systems in mainline or urban contexts.
By joining us, your missions will be to:
- Analyze the client's functional needs.
- Participate in technical meetings with the client.
- Design and develop the generic applicative, the core of the new triggering solution, for the configuration of signaling posts. During this activity, you will ensure compliance with development directives within a mutualization of generic applicatives into a common multi-project base.
- Ensure the interface with IVV and Safety functions on the perimeter.
- Report progress to Solution Engineering Managers and Project Design Authority of the projects on which you work.
- Accompany the continuous improvement of the development process in the context of deploying the latest generation triggering solutions.
- Engineer or equivalent, you know the principles of triggering in a deployment context (Design or IVV).
- You have knowledge of study/test procedures, you know how to read and interpret signaling data (technical plans or equivalents) and are familiar with automation.
- As a system engineer, you know how to analyze problems, make developments and work iteratively based on impact analyses with rigorous follow-up of actions.
