Airswift is recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Operator II. The role is suited to candidates with practical operations experience across production equipment, well operations and routine maintenance support.

• Carry out well operations across gas lifted wells, ESPs, three‑phase separation, gas compression, control board operation and pipeline operation.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance activities, including taking readings, completing rounds, issuing work permits, following procedures and initiating work requests.
• Provide minor maintenance support on valves, pumps and rotating equipment, while assisting operators and craft personnel with operational duties.
• Monitor well and equipment performance proactively and take appropriate action to help maximise production.
• Work with support teams to optimise chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin and soap injection activity.
• Support engineering data gathering requests and track test compression data.
• Conduct fluid level checks using an echo meter.
• Write procedures and support routine operational documentation as required.

• Intermediate‑level experience, typically 3–5 years.
• General working knowledge of systems, terminology and procedures used within the department.
• Experience performing routine operational tasks within a production or operations environment.
• Ability to solve problems and make basic decisions in day‑to‑day operations.
• Technical experience including operational monitoring, maintenance preparation and production support.
