Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer III to support high-speed beverage manufacturing operations. In this onsite role, you will design, program, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; troubleshoot electrical controls; and lead automation projects to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency. You'll collaborate with maintenance and operations, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical control issues to minimize downtime and improve line reliability.
- Lead controls projects for new equipment, upgrades, and line integrations.
- Develop and maintain electrical schematics, documentation, and standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to improve process performance.
- Implement and support industrial networks and communication protocols.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement and automation enhancements.
- Support commissioning, testing, and validation of new or modified control systems.
