The position offers scope to solve complex well performance and completion design challenges, support operations surveillance, and contribute to maintenance and reliability improvement. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to influence technical outcomes across production-stage activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Closely related experience in production-stage asset operations and engineering support
• Domestic US experience
• Basins experience
• Experience providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers
• Experience working effectively with field personnel

• Advanced proficiency in wellbore hydraulics, well performance, completion design, and workover design
• Strong technical capability in fluid flow and hydraulics, operations support and surveillance, and surveillance and optimization
• Knowledge of artificial lift, subsurface equipment, wellheads, trees and surface equipment, and wellwork units
• Understanding of maintenance and reliability systems
• Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions in non-routine environments
• Capability to provide technical leadership and quality assurance across projects and producing operations
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluent English communication skills for technical and business use, including reading, writing, and speaking
