The RoleOur site in Burnet, TX is seeking an EHS Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full time, 6 months in duration.
The Co-Op will lead and manage two high-impact projects at the Burnet facility. One key initiative involves partnering with Facilities, Operations, and an external engineering firm to develop and implement a new emissions scrubber strategy aimed at reducing site air emissions. This project will require gaining an understanding of the site’s ventilation and exhaust systems, identifying and mapping all emission sources, and establishing the site’s first quantitative emissions assessment.
The Co-Op will evaluate the performance of two existing scrubbers and a third newly acquired unit to determine the optimal deployment strategy across all three systems.
Responsibilities will include mapping emission points, analyzing current emissions data, supporting the development of a revised scrubber configuration, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to execute the solution.
