Land Development Engineer

Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager Land Development Austin, TX

Salary: $96,750–$140,000 + bonus.

Ready for a role where you can lead projects, grow into leadership, and work on some of the most exciting land development projects in the Austin area? I'm partnering with a well-established engineering firm that's looking to add a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to its growing team.

What you'll be working on:

• Lead land/site development projects from concept through construction.
• Design site layouts, grading plans, storm drainage systems, utilities, and erosion & sediment control.
• Prepare stormwater management plans and coordinate with local municipalities.
• Work directly with clients, architects, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team.

What they're looking for:

• PE license Or EIT
• 4-6+ years of land/site development experience.
• Strong experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Strong project management and client-facing experience.
