The JobAs the Assistant Cage Shift Supervisor at Borgata, your primary responsibility is to assist in leading the cage team to ensure a successful shift operation. This includes balancing all banks, adhering to company best practices, and complying with all Federal, State, and local gaming regulations. Your commitment to delivering SHOW-standard guest service will enhance the experience for both internal and external patrons.
TheDay‑to‑Day
- Train Cage personnel on shift and assist in disciplinary counseling
- Perform all functions in Chip Bank, Marker Bank and Main Bank
- Maintain paperwork flows regarding credits and debits and verify various types of paid outs (drawing winners, tournament winners)
- Generate end of shift reports
- Process patron complaints, working toward resolution and guest recovery
- Thorough understanding of fraud prevention and credit scams
- Verify transactions as needed
- Authorized to sign on the Cage Special Account checkbook
- Ultimate authority on the shift in the absence of the Cage Shift Supervisor
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a cash handling or banking role Required
- Experience in Casino Cage / Banking or Finance Preferred

Job Description Pay Rate
The rate for this role is: $30.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
