Your ChallengeOur group currently has 48 stores. To accompany us in our development and strengthen our teams at the Vélizy store, we are recruiting a order preparer (H/F) for 39 hours per week.
Reporting to the Deputy Director, your role is to satisfy our customers for all orders related to home delivery (LAD), click & collect, and e-reservation. You play a key role in the development of online sales in the store and contribute to enhancing the quality and visibility of the e-commerce services offered in the store by ensuring the reception, management, and preparation of orders.
In this sense, your missions are organized around three main activities:
Order Capture:
- Proactively monitor LAD orders placed by customers on the tool
- Print LAD order forms and retrieve click & collect and e-reservation order forms from the cash desk
- Enter the information into the tool and ensure its reliability (quantity, availability, price, condition, stock, etc.) to guarantee the quality of the LAD service for our customers
- Implement a reactive "picking" by integrating the principle of store exclusivity linked to customer information
Order Dispatch:
- Prepare and check the condition of the products (defective condition, respect of labeling, promotional offer, packaging, etc.)
- Dispatch the products while ensuring the timely delivery to the customer
- Provide customer notifications related to the order tracking via the tool
- Receive returns and notify the reasons in the tool while ensuring compliance with the procedure by the customer
Reporting:
- Identify and report stock discrepancies
- Propose solutions and/or procedural improvements to always guarantee customer satisfaction
- Implement and monitor activity reporting tables or performance indicators
- Be a driving force for the development of the proposed service
We are looking for a versatile, responsive personality with a strong capacity for organization and planning, capable of quickly adapting to the different products handled.
You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of priorities to cope with the peaks of activity related to this growing activity. Your competitive spirit allows you to meet, or even exceed, online sales objectives.
If you practice one or more sports related to our sports universes, then you will also encourage the taste for sports among the French.
Ideally, you have a background in logistics, with prior experience in a command preparer or procurement role within a logistics warehouse or any other retail chain. You are a driving force to promote and encourage a differentiated customer experience.
