As Safer Gaming & Player Protection Analyst at Novibet, you will contribute to the creation of a safe and responsible gaming environment, monitor player behavior to identify signs of problem gambling, ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies, and implement measures to protect vulnerable players.

• Monitor player behavior, identify signs of problematic gaming, and initiate appropriate interventions to promote responsible gaming.
• Analyze player data to identify patterns of excessive gaming.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to educate players about responsible gaming, self‑exclusion options, and support resources.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Generate regular reports on responsible gaming metrics.
• Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence in line with the requirements and measures of the RG policy.
• Escalate suspicious cases to the Compliance department and MLRO.

• 1+ years of similar working experience

• Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work on shifts.
• Excellent command of English & Greek language (written & verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.).
