Event Support Staff

Westmoor Mfg. Co., makers of Panhandle Slim & Rock and Roll Denim, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and customer-oriented Temporary Seasonal
Event Support Staff memberto join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in apparel sales and customer service, a strong understanding of and connection to the Western market and lifestyle, and the ability to represent our brands professionally at events, trade shows, markets, and other company functions.

This position will support event setup and breakdown, assist customers with product selection, promote and sell Westmoor brands, maintain an organized and inviting event space, and provide an exceptional customer experience while serving as a positive ambassador for Panhandle Slim and Rock & Roll Denim.

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with all aspects of booth setup and tear down at multiple venues. This position requires extensive manual labor, including lifting and moving materials and products weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Product Preparation & Merchandising: Prepare merchandise for the sales floor by unbagging, folding, hanging, organizing, and displaying products. Continually refold and straighten merchandise, restock products as needed, and ensure the booth remains organized and visually appealing throughout the event.

• Customer Service & Brand Representation: Work the booth during scheduled show hours, typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., providing attentive and professional customer service. Serve as a positive representative of Panhandle Slim and Rock & Roll Denim while assisting customers and maintaining a welcoming environment.

• Booth & Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth throughout the event, including cleaning dressing rooms, returning merchandise to the appropriate areas, and keeping customer-facing spaces presentable at all times.

• Must be customer-service oriented, with the ability to provide a professional and positive experience for customers throughout each event.

• Must currently reside in Texas.

• Must be available to travel to assigned events for setup, remain for the full duration of the event, and assist with tear down. (Required

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.

• Previous retail experience and/or experience in the Western apparel, retail, or fashion industry is preferred.

• Must be comfortable performing physical event duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods.

• Travel is required based on the event schedule. All approved business travel expenses are covered by the company.

• $125/day

• Daily meal allowance
