Equipment Rental Operations Specialist

Location: Hubbard

Shape the Rental Experience at Equipment Share Imagine  starting your day in Hubbard, TX at 7:00 AM, coffee in hand, and a full view of your fleet on our T3 platform. You check incoming requests, match customers with the right machines, and line up deliveries. By mid-morning, you’re on the phone building relationships with contractors, answering questions, and solving problems in real time.

You wrap by 5:00 PM, knowing every customer got what they needed—on time and on budget. That’s a day in the life of an Equipment Rental Operations Specialist.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

What You’ll DoField inbound leads and walk customers through the rental journey from first call to final pickup.

Grow our customer base by building trust with contractors and construction leaders—and show them how Equipment Share helps save money, boost productivity, and improve safety.

Nurture current relationships with attentive follow-up, proactive updates, and tailored recommendations for additional tools and services.

Respond quickly to questions, requests, and concerns—resolving issues with urgency and care.

Develop creative strategies to win market share and continually elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
