Customer Service Representative​/Floater Position

Job Description

The Llano/ Hill Country National Bank team is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Floater to be based primarily at our main branch in Llano, TX. This position will require some travel to provide CSR tasks at our branches in Buchanan Dam, TX, Burnet, TX and Marble Falls, TX, as needed. You will be responsible for the opening, closing and maintenance of new and existing accounts;

processing various teller transactions and servicing loan customers as directed.

• Provide setup and support for new accounts, online banking, debit cards and other services.
• Handle monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, safe deposit box payments and loan payments.
• Educate customers in the products and services we offer.
• Assist with support of loan customers and accounts.
• Occasionally work in the Saturday rotation.
• Work where needed within the branch.
• Report to Branch Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Cash‑handling experience.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass background and credit check.
