Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Corporate Finance to support the structuring and execution of project financing initiatives for large-scale industrial and petrochemical developments. The role will focus primarily on project finance transactions, including debt structuring and engagement with lenders and financial institutions, while also supporting strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and capital market activities.
The role offers exposure to complex infrastructure financing and collaboration with international lenders, investors, and advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support project financing activities for large-scale petrochemical and infrastructure projects, including financial structuring, debt raising, and negotiations with lenders and financial institutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including project finance models, cash flow projections, debt service analysis, and valuation models.
- Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations, and financial materials to support financing discussions and strategic transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, export credit agencies, financial institutions, and advisors throughout the financing process.
- Support mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, technical and project teams to support the financial structuring and execution of new projects.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including project finance modelling, DCF and valuation analysis.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, investment banking, or infrastructure financing.
- Experience supporting project financing transactions involving banks and financial institutions.
- Exposure to petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA
- CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus.
- Exposure to corporate finance with a focus on capital markets across the globe
- Creative corporate finance solutions and their application to businesses & strategies
- Working closely with our advisors/investors/lenders based in US, UK, EU, HK & SG
- Working closely with our team based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China etc.
This role may involve 20-30% travel, from time to time as required by the organization.
