RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a growing and well-established marketing business to recruit a Junior Accounts Assistant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is an excellent opportunity for an AAT student looking to build their finance experience and develop their career within a supportive team, located in the city centre.
Key Responsibilities- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Preparing payments for approval
- Supporting credit control and chasing overdue invoices
- Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Supporting month-end and year-end finance tasks
- Carrying out ad hoc finance duties as required
- Using finance systems including Xero
- 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times
- Study support
- Company pension scheme
- Regular company socials
