Financial Services Representative

World Finance seeks a Financial Services Representative to assist customers with loan and customer service duties.

• Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch efficiently and maximizing growth.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
• Provide top‑tier customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product information.
• Process, prepare, and file loan applications and close current renewal loans.
• Take and process payments, balance the assigned cash drawer daily, and prepare daily branch bank deposits (including transport of funds when required).
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within thirty days of application receipt.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.

• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for transporting bank deposits).
• Strong organizational and self‑confidence skills.
• Demonstrated kindness, compassion, and a willingness to help others.
• Team‑player attitude, willing to pitch in and accept help.
• Capacity to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
