Role Alignment

• This role is aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions ("Diamond Infra") company and will be seconded from Dow to Diamond Infrastructure Solutions until January 1, 2027. At that time, the role will become directly aligned to the Diamond Infrastructure Solutions Company.

Diamond Infrastructure Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Revenue Accountant. As a Senior Revenue Accountant, you will support accurate and timely accounting for trade customer revenue and third-party tenant billings. The role is responsible for overseeing complex third-party tenant billings and ensuring end-to-end revenue processes are carried out with strong governance. Key responsibilities include providing expert support for invoicing, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The senior revenue accountant works collaboratively with commercial and operational stakeholders to interpret customer and tenant contract terms, resolve complex issues, and contribute to high-quality financial results that drive business decisions and improve cash collection. Relative to other team members in less senior positions, this role demands a higher level of experience and independent judgment in navigating complex revenue scenarios and supporting the team.

• Records, monitors, reports, and communicates trade revenue accrual and customer invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
• Act as a mentor for team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical expertise for recording, monitoring, reporting, and communication of trade customer revenue, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer contracts and applicable accounting standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze the timeliness of customer payments and partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues impacting cash collection.
• Perform margin, variance, and trend analysis related to trade revenue and communicate insights to business management.
• Support the annual budget process and monthly and quarterly forecasting and estimate activities.
• Assist with the monthly reconciliation process for trade revenue reporting, by bringing forth issues and providing required information.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

• Contract Interpretation & Business Acumen:
  Interprets customer and tenant contract language and connects it to accounting treatment, cash collection, and business drivers.
• Data & Reporting Tools (Power BI, Power Query, Access):
  Leverages tools to support reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
