Job Overview
Are you a confident decision maker and problem solver? Do you lead by example and enjoy influencing people positively? We’re looking for someone who can:
- Serve as the Operations Manager of the Wealth Advice Center, an office consisting of 200,000+ clients, 400+ Financial Advisors and Team Associates
- Ensure that the review of all daily operational items including client money movement, trades, new account approvals, and client correspondence are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the Wealth Advice Center Assistant Operations Managers, Branch Service Associates, and KYC Team
- Partner with our Supervisory team to ensure the Operations Team, Client Service Associate Teams, and Financial Advisors are in compliance with all firm policies and procedures
- Train and develop new Operations team members as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform
- Identify and escalate the resolution of urgent client services issues
- Drive and execute various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
- Promote a culture of ongoing learning & development
- Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating operational support staff on the UBS Client Experience

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch with locations in Weehawken, New Jersey;
Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas, focused on delivering consistent, high‑quality advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a scalable, relationship‑based service model. Our team supports more than 200,000 clients nationwide. Clients are served by a team of over 400 dedicated professionals, including Financial Advisors and Team Associates, who work directly with clients—primarily over the phone—to understand their individual needs and help them make informed decisions in support of their long‑term financial goals.
Experience
- Ideally 5+ years of experience working with a leading financial institution
- A strong track record of success in previous positions
- SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, and Series 10 licenses
- Undergraduate degree is mandatory
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same

The indicative gross base salary range as a full‑time equivalent role:
- United States – New Jersey – Weehawken: $90,000 – $120,000 per annum
