We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Assistant Manager to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between daily financial operations and high-level strategic planning. You will oversee month-end closing, drive budgeting and forecasting efforts, and ensure strict compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will act as a key mentor to our junior accounting staff, stepping in to lead the department in the Finance Manager’s absence.
Requirements& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate accounting or financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with Quick Books.
