** Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
** Job Purpose
** The Assistant Vice President, Trade Product Management Specialist in Global Transaction Services will support the management of the trade finance product suite. This role involves assisting with product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring products meet client needs while adhering to risk and regulatory standards. The AVP will contribute to product innovation, digital transformation, and revenue growth initiatives.
** Responsibilities**
* ** Product Strategy & Development:
** Assist in developing and executing strategies for trade product solutions, including documentary trade products and supply chain finance solutions. Participate in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
* ** Product Management:
** Support the end-to-end product lifecycle management, including monitoring product performance (profitability, utilization, risk), and contributing to pricing strategies. Assist in analyzing customer usage data and feedback to inform product optimizations and enhancements.
* ** Digital Innovation & Market Trends:
** Contribute to optimizing end to end trade client experience by leveraging AI, blockchain and other digital solutions. Improving operational efficiency through process re-engineering.  Collaborate with technology teams on platform enhancements and automation initiatives. Stay informed about market trends, particularly in digital trade finance platforms and fintech solutions, and identify ways to integrate these into product offerings.
* ** Stakeholder

Collaboration:

** Partner with internal teams (Sales, Relationship Managers, Risk, Credit, Legal, Operations, Technology) to support product delivery and client engagement.
* ** Risk & Compliance:
** Support product compliance with regulations and internal risk policies. Assist credit and risk teams with transaction structuring and portfolio monitoring.
* ** Commercialization Support:
** Assist in driving product adoption and revenue growth across target client segments, supporting sales teams, and gathering client feedback. Contribute to creating effective marketing collateral and sales tools.
* ** New Product Initiatives:
** Support the rollout of new Trade products and initiatives, which may include assisting with market research, drafting New Product Approval (NPA) documents, and reviewing legal and technology specifications.
* ** Ad-hoc Projects:
** Participate in ad-hoc projects related to market, jurisdictional, legal, policy, and regulatory changes impacting trade products.
** Requirements
* ** University degree holder with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience ideally in trade / supply chain finance within banking or financial services.
* Solid understanding of trade and supply chain finance products and solutions.
* Familiarity with product development, life cycles and methodologies.
* Exposure to digital trade finance platforms, fintech solutions, and an understanding of how market trends impact trade products.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
