Financial Solutions Advisor Registration - Fairfield Financial Center

Overview

This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals, including triaging client leads, making referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products.

• Build client financial plans using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking/managed solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing client relationships.

• Required Qualifications
• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a results-driven mindset, prioritizing clients’ interests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.

• Desired Qualifications
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) currently held.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. Hours per week: 40.

Pay range: $28.85 - $33.65 hourly. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is base salary-based and not incentive eligible. Benefits are available where eligible.
