• Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships while providing an exceptional client experience.
• Assess customers’ financial needs and offer solutions through bank products and services to help clients achieve current and future financial goals.
• Market Simmons solutions to existing customers and prospects through daily interactions, outbound calling, business visits, networking events, and periodic ‘At Work’ events.
• Achieve and/or exceed individual and branch goals, including required in‑person and outbound calling activities.
• Open and close accounts, assist with account selection, conduct research, and comply with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests, maintain knowledge of loan policies, and assist with the branch’s consumer loan portfolio.
• Identify needs and refer customers to partner‑centric teams that work with small business, corporate, institutional, mortgage, and financial advisors.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by engaging customers and ensuring an optimal experience.
• Ensure all tasks meet applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and complete required compliance training.
• Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally while engaging in genuine conversations to identify needs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of customer‑facing, goal‑oriented experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Team‑centric approach to customer service in a fast‑paced banking environment.
• Ability to coach and lead branch teams according to processes and protocols in the absence of an Assistant Branch Financial Manager.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for brand awareness and market knowledge.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and support of bank conversions and acquisitions.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) is required; or obtain an NMLS license after employment.
