Point Bank has been an independent, locally-owned community bank serving Denton County, Texas since 1884 – over 135 years. We operate nine branches throughout Denton County and provide a fun, professional environment where employees are challenged to be the best version of themselves. Promote, market, and facilitate the sale of bank products. Contribute to the bank’s growth by effectively selling services to new and existing customers with an emphasis on courteous and professional service.

• Manage and service existing branch deposit portfolio.
• Manage the day‑to‑day sales of the branch.
• Grow the bank’s commercial loan portfolio to meet bank goals and objectives.
• Service customers within the existing personal portfolio.

• Initiate outside sales calls to target and solicit new business by personal marketing and networking efforts.
• Ensure all personal and branch sales goals and objectives are met.
• Input and update all leads and working customers into the CRM to track progress and performance.
• Obtain required documentation from customers and perform all needed approvals for new accounts, treasury management, and credit products in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Verify new account documents are complete and accurate according to policy.
• Maximize bank profitability through appropriate pricing of deposit originations, fee income, and selling of all bank products and services.
• Ensure new accounts/relationships are processed and opened expeditiously.
• Monitor branch deposit reports to ensure goals are met.
• Promote a positive image for Point Bank and its employees in the community by representing the bank at events (business breakfasts, chamber of commerce functions, mixers, charity events, golf tournaments, etc.) and following up on leads with sales calls at customers’ places of business.
• Be fully cross‑trained in all banker and teller duties to assist branch staff and customers whenever needed.
• Attend all meetings and complete all training required to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations and guidance associated with the performance of your job function.
• Comply with all applicable BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures, including participation in required training and identification of suspicious activity.
• Make suggestions to improve branch/departmental operations and the overall bank.
• Perform other duties and assignments within the bank at management’s request, accept periodic cross‑training, and work in other branches if needed.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area of specialty and/or 4+ years of experience in the field or a related area.

• Exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently, to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Perform standing, walking, sitting, pushing/pulling, typing, and visual tasks as required.
• May require stooping, crouching, repetitive motions, and environmental exposure both indoors and outdoors.

• Telephone, copier/fax, computer (frequent); coin machine, cash dispensing machine, bill counter, teller drawer/tower, drive‑thru tubes/commercial lane drawer, ATMs (occasional).
