Summary:

Responsible for the management of retail and loan activities, generating revenues and growing market/region. Develops and maintains client relationships. Sets objectives and strategic direction for market/region in accordance with Bank's business plan and policies of Bank.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develops new relationships from referrals and outside calling efforts.
Ensures quality calling efforts among team.
Executes initiatives to ensure profitability of market/region
Enhances relationships by cross-selling the Bank's products and services.
Knowledgeable of Bank's policies and procedures and practices of retail bank and commercial banking along with a focus on servicing client needs and knowledge of all retail and commercial products, credit practices, risk management, negotiating interest rates and price, terms and collateral requirements.
Establishes a collaborative environment and implements the strategic direction of the Bank for a market/region.
Demonstrates the ability to lead through change.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or 10 years retail bank/commercial lending/account relationship management

Knowledgeable in financial institution operating policies and procedures and banking regulations state and federal

Strong knowledge of banking

Strong management/leadership skills

Ability to communicate effectively
