Job Summary
This officer is responsible for the administering, enforcing, and maintaining public compliance with all City ordinances and State laws pertaining to but not limited to the general safety, health, and welfare of the City;
Conduct inspections of residential and business communities within the City of Windcrest to ensure compliance with City Ordinances. Perform related work as required; complete reports regarding violation notices issued and expected compliance dates and assignments and related work as required. Exercise expedient and effective efforts to remedy code violations which are observed or reported, thereby maintaining the proper image of the City of Windcrest to the general public and other regulatory agencies with which the City of Windcrest share regulatory authority, work with other City departments on ordinance issues.
