Join us to lead the municipal police department of PAVILLY! The City of Pavilly is looking for its Chief of the Municipal Police Service. Strengthening the video protection system to ensure greater security and public tranquility, intensifying the presence of municipal police agents at night and on weekends, strengthening security at the edges of schools, and reconnecting with a proximity police with the population are at the heart of the mandate priorities.
Under the authority of the Mayor, the Deputy Mayor in charge of Sport and Security and the Director General of Services, the Chief of the Municipal Police Service will play a central role in the reorganization of the service as well as in its operational and administrative management. In this capacity, he/she manages the human and financial resources of the Service, being a force of proposal and advice.
Finally, he/she implements and ensures the budgetary follow-up of the service, participates in the elaboration of the projects of the collectivity and ensures their success.

- Know the organization and functioning of a territorial collectivity as well as the functioning of a Municipal Police Service.

- Master office tools and have solid skills in administrative, financial and human resources management.
