Standards and Evaluation Analyst

Responsibilities Include:

* Facilitate, guide, track, and document standardization efforts across mission essential task areas.
* Manage standardization documentation including tool configurations, local job guides, checklists, training materials, training task lists, analysis worksheets, and crew aids.
* Assist with completing technical tasks and achieving standardization by providing templates, context, and best practices.
* Ensure that all standardization materials are up-to-date and effective.
* Develop and implement the weapon system crew force development program.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve crew performance.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
* Minimum of three years of experience as a standards and evaluations analyst.
* Strong understanding of standardization processes and documentation.
* Ability to provide technical assistance and develop effective training and standardization materials.
* Experience in developing force development programs and collaborating with various stakeholders.
