• You will be the driving force of the salon by managing daily operations and empowering your team with leadership and essential tools for success.
• By setting the standard, you'll guide your staff in building their clientele and boosting salon performance, focusing on profitability while teaching stylists the essentials of running a successful business.
• As an experienced stylist, you will provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts, ensuring the highest quality experience for every guest.
• You will coach and mentor your salon employees, fostering a consistently positive work environment for everyone.
• Your role will include hiring, recruitment, training, and expertly managing conflicts, ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism.

• You are a natural leader, with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to tackle challenges with professionalism.
• You excel at nurturing talent and creating a vibrant work culture while keeping the salon's profitability in focus.
• You possess a valid cosmetology or barber license in accordance with state/provincial regulations.
• You are flexible with your schedule and comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• You are tech-savvy and capable of completing administrative tasks, including end-of-day closings.
• You are proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
• You are able to travel for mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight stays.

• Good eyesight is essential for observing and assessing guests' hair; including close-up vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment.
• If you enjoy being active, this role involves standing, lifting, and reaching. You should be comfortable with bending and performing repetitive tasks, including lifting 10-25 lbs.
• Be advised that our salon uses a variety of chemicals and fragrances in treatments, which you will encounter.
