Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Lash Kind's signature brow and lash services at the highest level, being sure to keep the guests lash and brow health in mind
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades and membership sign-ups
• Participate in regular training and skill-development opportunities
• Work collaboratively and support your teammates
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional workspace
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• An up-to-date cosmetology or esthetician license for Texas
• Lash extension experience: 2+yrs preferred
• Experience performing other lash and brow services including facial threading, lash lift, brow lamination, tint and waxing services
• A passion for the beauty industry and for making people feel great

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
