Position OverviewThe Front Desk Admin is the face of the clinic and the hub of daily operations. You’ll ensure a seamless patient experience, smooth scheduling, and strong communication across the team.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the ambassador of the D&D Sports Med brand and clinic culture
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff
- Manage daily scheduling and patient flow
- Educate patients on clinic programs beyond therapy services
- Ensure intake paperwork is completed prior to appointments
- Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and self-pay balances at time of visit
- Front desk experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with computers and scheduling systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Flexible, collaborative team player
