Brazos Home Care is seeking a dependable Home Care Provider to join our team in the Hearne area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are trustworthy, patient, hard-working, and extremely reliable. As a Home Care Provider, you will assist clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes.

• Provide compassionate and reliable care to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with mobility and transferring
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisory staff
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times

• Trustworthy, patient, and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to provide reliable and consistent care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable to client needs and schedules
• Prior experience in home care or caregiving preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with company policies
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and active car insurance required.

• Competitive pay between $13.00 - $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
