• 10k Bonus for candidates with 2+ years of inpatient surgical technician experience, meeting certification or grandfathered requirements, and committed to the full‑time schedule and on‑call requirements.
• 5k Bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of inpatient surgical technician experience, a completed surgical tech training program, current acceptable certification, and commitment to the full‑time schedule and on‑call requirements.

Both bonus structures provide 50% paid at 6 months of employment and 50% paid at 18 months of employment. Agreement term is 18 months.

• Inspect OR for cleanliness and prepare OR equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist in transferring and positioning patients in the operating room.
• Anticipate the instrument and supply needs of the surgeon during operative procedures.

• High School Diploma.
• Completion of OR Technician training.
• BLS and OR Technician certification required.
• One year of scrub experience.
