Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time, in-home ABA services to a pediatric client in Creedmoor, North Carolina
.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and is classified as full-time in accordance with company policy (30 or more hours per week). It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who values stability, meaningful one-on-one work, and strong clinical support while working in a home-based setting.

As an RBT at Autism

COE, you’ll deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on skill development, behavior reduction, and real progress for the child and family. We prioritize clear communication, paid training, and clinician support — because great outcomes start with supported technicians.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
  • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect accurate session data and document client progress
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Collaborate professionally with caregivers and the clinical team
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and clinical standards

This is a non-exempt, hourly position
, paid for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required

Experience working with children with autism preferred

Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance

Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and follow-through

Consistent availability to support a full-time schedule

Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care

Full-time position based on a consistent 30+ hour weekly schedule

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification

Paid training and paid non-billable time

Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support
