• Provide personalized patient care while supporting our Nursing Service policies
• Foster a safe and healing environment for our patients through attentive and respectful interactions
• Advocate for patient needs to ensure they are met with the highest standards of care
• Collaborate effectively with families, patients, and clinical staff to create an exceptional care experience
• Utilize equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly
• Be prepared for flexible assignments across different care areas when needed
• Adhere to all relevant state and federal guidelines to maintain patient safety
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, handling challenges with grace
• Accept and complete assigned tasks that align with your training and certification
• Respond to patient requests promptly with empathy and professionalism
• Document all patient interactions and care in accurate records
• Contribute to our continuous quality improvement efforts and initiatives
• Follow all policies outlined in the Yoakum Community Hospital Employee Handbook
• Take on additional duties as directed by your supervisor for seamless operations

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Texas
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
