What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide disease state, product, and ongoing therapy management education to the Rett community, including patients and caregivers
  • Determine individual needs of patients and caregivers and serve as a resource throughout their treatment journey
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to support educational opportunities and resources
  • Lead and present caregiver speaker programs and participate in community events
  • Educate physician offices about the Family Support Educator role and patient support resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in life sciences preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Patient Access, or Specialty Pharmacy
  • At least 2 years of experience in Patient Support, Education, or Leadership roles
  • Strong background and understanding of the healthcare field and rare diseases
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with extensive expertise in Patient Engagement
  • Experience in advocacy, account management, or caregiver education
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience working with provider offices or patient assistance programs
  • Strong patient-centric mentality with high emotional intelligence
