We are seeking an experienced and skilled Respiratory Therapist who will play a critical role in evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders. Your expertise will support patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
- Operate and maintain ventilators and respiratory equipment
- Respond to emergency respiratory situations quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans and therapies
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
- Deliver compassionate care while upholding the highest clinical standards
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Ability to provide respiratory care for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
