Pharmacist - Day Shift
MLR is excited to partner with a respected healthcare system to hire a skilled pharmacist for a full-time, day shift role. This permanent position is focused on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care while ensuring strict compliance with state and federal regulations. The pharmacist will also oversee the safe and accurate preparation of medications.
Key Responsibilities- Full-time, direct hire position in a respected healthcare system.
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services, ensuring precise and safe medication preparation and distribution.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees, offering guidance on daily tasks and workflows.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D). - Active Pharmacist license in Texas.
- 5 years in a hospital setting or PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency.
