Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant - Full-Time
Location: Memphis

Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 1415 North 18th Street - Responsibilities:
Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing;
Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and report changes as appropriate;
Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations;
Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab
