PRN Occupational Therapist Home Health - Ellis

Reliant at Home is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Ellis County and surrounding areas.

Home health experience strongly preferred.

• Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document and update Plans of Care, progress notes, and other clinical documentation.

• Assess sensory-motor, psycho-social, and cognitive-perceptual components of occupational behavior and environmental factors.
• Meet continuing education requirements as mandated.
