PRN Occupational Therapist Home Health - Ellis County Description
Reliant at Home is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Ellis County and surrounding areas.
Home health experience strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:- Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs and appropriateness of care.
- Document and update Plans of Care, progress notes, and other clinical documentation.
- Apply infection control standards during patient care activities.
- Assess and facilitate patients’ ROM, strength, coordination, adaptive equipment needs, environmental modifications, mobility, and safety.
- Use effective communication skills; collaborate with team members for optimal outcomes.
- Evaluate occupational performance in self-care, work, leisure, and rest.
- Assess sensory-motor, psycho-social, and cognitive-perceptual components of occupational behavior and environmental factors.
- Meet continuing education requirements as mandated.
- Demonstrate professionalism, growth, and competency.
- Promote agency policies and quality of care.
