Our Adult Care Partners (Attendants) provide services to maintain, strengthen and safeguard the client in their own home environment. Care is provided in accordance with the specified plan for the client. Gloves, mask and sanitizer are provided as requested. PAID WEEKLY!

As an Attendant/Adult Care Partner, you tend to the daily needs of your clients and assist in making their lives as pleasant and independently driven as possible. You do more than just assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, running errands and escort. Those tasks are important, but you also provide companionship and build strong, lasting relationships with each client.
Some aspects of this home care position are not easily accomplished, but the reward of happy clients is worth the effort. You will enjoy seeing your clients smile from the care, guidance and compassion you show them.
Job QualificationsEducation: High school graduate or GED preferred.
Experience: Six months as a Personal Attendant preferred but not required.
Skills: Competence in providing personal assistance services, strong interpersonal skills, compassionate attitude, patience, empathy, and integrity.
Transportation: Reliable transportation; must have a valid open driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Working Conditions:
Work in a home environment under varied conditions and temperatures. Clients may have pets. Must be able to lift, transfer and support clients who may be overweight or disabled; ability to move about in the home and stand for prolonged periods. May encounter unpleasant weather, stressful interpersonal situations, and exposure to infections, blood, or bodily fluids; must use standard precautions.
Physical, Mental, and Miscellaneous Demands: Working demands include prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, bending, standing, stressful situations, and predictable required handling of up to 50 lbs. Should be able to use up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs continuously. Must have computer skills (MS Office, Excel) and be able to work independently with professional judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
