As an Attendant/Adult Care Partner, you tend to the daily needs of your clients and assist in making their lives as pleasant and independently driven as possible. You perform tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, running errands, and escorting them. Importantly, you provide companionship and build lasting relationships that make a difference in their lives.

Education: High school graduate or GED preferred

Experience: Six months as a Personal Attendant preferred but not required

Skills: Competence in providing personal assistance services, strong interpersonal skills, compassion, patience, empathy, and integrity

Transportation: Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and auto liability insurance if driving

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move clients.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and light lifting as needed.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel preferred.
• Ability to work independently or with a team under minimal supervision.
