ResponsibilitiesThe Oncology Pharmacy Manager will report to a Director of Pharmacy and collaborate closely with medical oncology, infusion nursing, radiation oncology, and hematology leaders. Responsibilities include sterile compounding and USP 797/800 oversight; chemotherapy verification and safety checks; EMR order set stewardship; treatment pathway optimization; investigational drug services; antimicrobial stewardship alignment; 340B and revenue cycle integrity; inventory and waste reduction; accreditation readiness (TJC, CoC);
quality dashboards; and frontline education, supported by a diverse interprofessional team.
Experience in oncology pharmacy management, sterile compounding, and comprehensive medication safety is required. Strong leadership skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential.
