Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (83742)
Location: Yoakum

Regency Integrated Health Services -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and the Rehab Director to integrate the therapeutic program in the plan of care;
Guide and teach the patient in his/her use of therapeutic, compensatory, creative, and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function and increasing independence in activities of daily living;
Observes, records, and reports the patients reaction to treatment and any changes in the patients condition or treatment;
Participates in patient case conferences to coordinate the patients plan of care and promote positive therapeutic outcome;
Reports patient complaints of pain or sickness, and unusual reaction to treatment to the Occupational Therapist and RN
