Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in both full-time and per diem roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care and works effectively under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
  • Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred.

Full-Time: Consistent schedule with full benefits eligibility.

  • The starting hourly rate is $34.00 with adjustments made in accordance with the candidate’s experience level.

Per Diem: Flexible scheduling with as-needed shifts to fit your availability.
