Role Overview :

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands - NE San Antonio, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care and support to seniors and individuals in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care coordination team to ensure each client receives tailored services that enhance their quality of life and independence. As this is an on-site position, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your availability and our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming.

Help with meal preparation and nutritional planning.

Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions.

Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with daily activities.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.

Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.

Flexibility in scheduling to meet clients' needs.

Bonus If You:

Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Possess experience working with elderly or disabled clients.

Are familiar with basic medical terminology.

& Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include weekends, available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Northern San Antonio and surrounding communities.
