Salary: $81,600 - $99,700 annually (per-visit basis; estimate of annual compensation)

Schedule: Full-Time

Offer based on years of experience

• Implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician
• Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety

• Associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
