As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will partner with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver individualized, hands‑on care that helps patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Complete Hometown Physical Therapy serves Hallettsville and surrounding communities with a strong focus on outpatient orthopedic care. Our team also treats vestibular, neurological, pelvic health, and sports‑related conditions using a movement‑based approach that includes manual therapy and McKenzie Method principles. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on clinical excellence.
YourRole
- Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in carrying out individualized care plans to help patients achieve functional goals
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient treatments accurately and efficiently in EMR
- Maintain an efficient schedule with the support of AI‑driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
- Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
