• Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with seniors
• Must possess sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties

• Execute client care plans and document daily activities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundry, light housekeeping
• Provide personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship

• Schedule:
  
  Consistent and flexible shifts
• Experience:
  
  One year of formal caregiving experience in senior care

• Agency office
• Client homes
• Skilled, Independent and Assisted Living Communities

Supervisor:
Executive Administrator

• Able to lift 50 lbs using safe, ergonomic movements
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and use hands and fingers
• Able to talk, hear, and see
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle
