Primary PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is to ride buses and help the driver ensure safe and orderly transportation of students.
Special Knowledge/Skills- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with administrators and other staff.
- Treat all people with dignity and respect.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to follow and convey verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of student discipline procedures.
- Ability to manage student behavior.
- Ability to operate safety equipment and adaptive equipment
- Ability to work well with special needs children
